  • Take hold of the big toes with the thumbs and first two fingers, modify thighs.
  • Try to keep the spine straight, tip backwards balancing on sacrum focus the eyes on one point on the ceiling.
  • Extend the legs out to the sides, straight if possible, but it the spine rounds in this position bend the knees and straighten the spine.
  • Kundalini lotus can be practiced with either long deep breathing or breath of fire.
  • To finish relax on the back.
