The prints will be available in 3 sizes. The first collection to arrive in my store is La Kundalinera, but Oomberto, among others, follows very closely ... :) Each print is lovingly signed and packaged. I ship everywhere!
La Kundalinera was a commissioned illustration from my Yoga school. The project was to illustrate all the postures for the Teacher Training manuals. For the illustrations they wanted a girl whom I dressed in scales like those of the snake, and why not? I called her La Kundalinera, with tights that turn into the color of the chakra of the posture that she is doing.
La Kundalinera is here to remind you of your commitment to yourself, to inspire you and accompany you on the beautiful path of spiritual awakening. It is a lovely detail for that sacred space where those moments of silence happen; your daily practice.
Each piece shows a different asana or meditation, highlighted by the colors corresponding to the chakras that the posture works, with the purpose of bringing focus and intention to your practice.
The collection will grow, the idea is to represent all the Yoginis possible, of all possible colors and shapes.
Painting with watercolor has been a therapy in times of uncertainty. Far from being recovered from my ankle, and with a new surgery on the horizon, illustration has given my life a purpose. I am very excited about this project and I hope you like it too.

La Kundalinera fue una ilustración que hice por encargo para mi escuela de Yoga. El proyecto consistía en ilustrar todas las posturas para los manuales de la formación de Profesores. Me pidieron que fuera una chica a quien yo vestí con escamas como las de la serpiente, y cómo no? La bauticé con el nombre de La Kundalinera, se caracteriza porque sus mallas se tornan del color del chakra que la postura que esta haciendo, trabaja.
La Kundalinera esta aquí para recordarte tu compromiso contigo misma, para inspirarte y acompañarte en el hermoso camino del despertar espiritual. Es un cariñito para ese espacio sagrado donde suceden esos momentos de silencio; tu práctica diaria.
Cada pieza muestra una asana o meditación diferente, resaltada por los colores correspondientes a los chakras que la postura trabaja, con la propósito de traer foco e intención a tu práctica. La colección irá creciendo, la idea es representar a todas las Yoginis posible, de todos los colores y formas posible.
Pintar con acuarela ha sido una terapia en momentos de incertidumbre. Lejos de estar recuperada de mi tobillo, y con una nueva operación en el horizonte, la ilustración le ha dado un propósito a mi vida. Estoy muy ilusionada con este proyecto y espero que a ti también te guste mucho.
