GOOD TO KNOW!
· It’s best to practice without a full stomach;
the last big meal should be 2 to 3 hours prior to the class.
· During your Moon Cycle or pregnancy you should not
put pressure on the navel and avoid inverted
or semi inverted postures as well as any backbends.
Absolutely, skip Breath of Fire.
Do Long Deep Breathing, instead.
Please, let me know before the class starts.
· If you have health problems or injuries,
please tell me before the class starts.
· It is very important that you listen to your body
and practice in a way that is the safest and most
comfortable for you.
