I learned from one of my teachers that each Yoga pose generates its own frequency of vibration. And that when you practice a posture, your body becomes the container of that energy. The more you practice the posture, and the longer that energy dwells in you, the more you align with that frequency of vibration.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Balasana is a resting posture, but it is also the posture mother of a precious frequency. In Balasana the heart is above the head and this energy teaches us about thinking global when making a choice. To always keep in mind that we share this Planet with so many and that our choices have an impact. To be aware of this and consider the well-being of the rest of the inhabitants and that of the Planet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
